Changes or errors in your order AFTER it is printed:
If their is an error or change, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 40% discount.
Errors made by us:
If an order contains an error caused by us, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled without fee provided that any custom imprinting has not been completed. Cancellation requests after printing has been completed will be billed to you in-full.
